Pharmacists who do not renew their PCs for a continuous period of 5 years or more will have their names removed from the Register of Pharmacists.

They must meet the following requirements to be eligible for restoration:

i) Already accummulated 25 CPE points (including a minimum of 8 Patient Care points for normal PC) in the period of 12 months prior to the date of application.

ii) Sit for and pass the  Forensic Examination  and Competency Examination.

iii) Submit the Application for Restoration Form with Restoration Fee of S$250, and Practising Certificate Fee of S$400 for 2 years or part thereof, depending on the date of restoration.
