Application to be CPE providers
Please do the following:
1) Complete the CPE Provider Accreditation Application Form, [PDF, 33 KB] (opens in new tab)
2) Prepare a cover letter addressed to 'Chairperson, CPE Accreditation Committee',
3) Prepare a list of recent and/or upcoming CPE events, and
4) Submit the above online at the Professional Registration System (opens in new tab)
