The Day-One Pharmacist Blueprint outlines the essential competency standards required for a newly qualified pharmacist to effectively deliver their professional responsibilities from day one of practice. These competency standards are adapted from the Developmental Framework for Pharmacists (2024) to facilitate seamless transition from school to workplace.
