Professional Registration System (PRS)

For PRS, please use Internet Explorer to avoid browser compatibility issues and upload documents as PDF/JPEG under 1MB.

1) Compatibility Issue

Please note that there is a known compatibility issue with certain internet browsers which might prevent users from submitting applications (without prompting any error messages) through the Professional Registration System (PRS).

Please use an alternate internet browser while the problem is being resolved.

*Internet Explorer has been tested to work with no known issues.


2) Information on Uploading of Documents

Please note the following requirements for documents that are to be uploaded / submitted:

1) File format accepted

  • PDF

  • JPEG

2) File size limit

  • 1MB (If you are unable to upload the document, try splitting it into individual pages or scanning it in lower resolution)
