Renewal of Practising Certificate (2026)

The current Practising Certificate (PC) expires on 31 December 2026. Pharmacists who have met their Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirement by 31 August 2026 are required to renew their PC online by 3 December 2026 to avoid late fees.

1. The online renewal portal will be open from 1 September 2026 to 3 December 2026 for pharmacists who have met their CPE requirement by 31 August 2026.

2. Every pharmacist who has met his/her CPE requirement must renew his/her PC personally online by logging into his/her pharmacist account at:

3. Pharmacists may refer to the guide for step by step instructions on the renewal process [PDF, 809 KB] (opens in new tab).

4. During renewal, please:

      a. review your personal particulars and update any changes, especially your residential address and employment details, before proceeding with the renewal; and

      b. pay the 2-year PC renewal fee of S$500 by 3 December 2026. Note that cash and cheque payments will not be accepted. Payment must be made online via credit or debit card.

5. Even if your institution is paying for your renewal or you are on GIRO payment, you are still required to submit an online renewal application personally.

6. If you are unable to access the renewal portal, please first check whether you have fulfilled your CPE requirement. If your CPE requirement has been fulfilled, please contact SPC. If not, please fulfil the shortfall and submit your renewal application by 3 December 2026 to avoid the late application fee.

7. Please note the following regarding late fees and payment:

      a. A late application fee of S$100 will be imposed if payment is not received by 3 December 2026, and S$200 if payment is not received by 31 December 2026.

      b. Please allow at least 7 working days for credit card payment clearance.

      c. Requests for waiver of late payment fees will not be entertained.

      d. Please check with your pharmacy manager or HR department if your renewal payment will be made on your behalf.

8. Once your application has been submitted, you may print your receipt by going to [Enquire Application] and searching for your application after 7 working days. If your application status shows "Pending Collection", no action is required on your part as this is an administrative status while we process your PC.

9. Your new electronic PC will be issued by December 2026.
