Update of Post-graduate Qualifications

Pharmacists should update postgraduate qualifications (e.g., PhD, Masters) via the PRS and attach certified true copies of the English translation if necessary.

Registered pharmacists are strongly encouraged to update the Singapore Pharmacy Council of your postgraduate qualifications (e.g. PhD, Professional Doctorate, Masters Degree or Graduate Diploma) by submitting an online application through the PRS for approval.

Please attach the following document(s) with your online submission:

  • A certified true copy of the postgraduate qualification. For certificates or qualifications in a language other than English, a certified true copy of the English translation must be uploaded.
